Description

We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Employee Central Service Centre Consultant - Holborn CG London Office, the balance of time will be remote for one of their public sector Clients based in the UK.

  • IR35: This role is inside of IR35
  • Initial duration: 6 months

Role and tasks

Employee Central Service Centre Consultant

Must have: -
1. Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center.
2. Configure C4C system, Service Work center, Reports, layouts, Workflow rules and Business configuration-ECSC configuration.
3. Should be able to configure Service Teams (Resolver groups) SLA's (total turnaround time), Holiday Calendars, Surveys, Customized Emails.
4. Excellent knowledge of system configuration and work with various third-party systems like Successfactors, Workzone and Connection setup.
5. Should understand SAP SuccessFactors EC Core

Good to have: -
1. Extensive Knowledge of SAP BTP And SAP CPI.
2. Should be able to debug, trace iflows.
