Description
Tasks:
-Analysis and optimisation of the packaging process
-Identifying and rectifying faults
-Improving machine running times and efficiency
-Creation and implementation of a structured maintenance plan
-Proactive maintenance measures to avoid downtime
-Training and instruction of technical staff to ensure smooth operation
Qualification:
-Strong experience in packaging technology, especially with blister and cartoning machines
-Technical understanding of mechanics, electronics and automation
-Knowledge of machine maintenance (e.g. for Marchesini, Bosch), fault diagnosis and process optimisation
-Experience in the creation and implementation of maintenance plans
-Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
-Fluent French and English
