Position: Engineering Manager
Duration: 1.5 - 2 years Start: Immediately Location: Lucca, IT
Responsibilities:
* Coordination of the internal and external engineering team * Planning, development, and implementation of mechanical projects * Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards * Communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments * Reporting * Quality management * Ensuring complete and proper documentation of all project activities and results
Other: * All-rounder with a hands-on mentality * Must have managed at least partial projects * 15-20 years of experience * Communicative and assertive * Must have experience as a Project Manager or Engineering Manager
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
