Main tasks:
- Responsible for the selection, introduction, connection, fine-tuning, and maintenance of equipment in the semiconductor crystal area
- Providing technological insights and plan manufacturing equipment to keep up with industry trends and prepare important technologies
- Responsible for equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements, aiming to maintain and improve efficiency, stability, and throughput, as well as solve technological problems
- Advising and supporting the on-site equipment team
Main qualifications
- Extensive experience in selecting, introducing, connecting, fine-tuning, and maintaining equipment in the semiconductor crystal area
- Familiarity with thermal field design, including resistance heating and induction heating, as well as high-temperature material system design, or expertise in reaction chamber design
- Experience in SiC product introduction or production
- Strong understanding of semiconductor crystal equipment (germanium epitaxy, GaAs, silicon epitaxy, or others)
- Familiarity with thermal field design, including resistance heating and induction heating, as well as high-temperature material system design, or expertise in reaction chamber design
- Skilled in analyzing and solving problems related to online machines and products
- Willingness to train and support team members on-site
- Fluent in English
- High willingness to travel / work on site
