Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Schiphol, Netherlands
Salary/Rate: €900 per day
Job Type: Contract
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecommunications client! They are currently looking for a skilled Facilities Manager to join their team for a three-month contract.
Contract Objectives
1. Deliver efficiencies. Work with Procurement to achieve this within our vendor base
2. Optimize usage of existing tools (FMIS system and occupancy measuring system)
3. Optimize finance management processes (process related to managing budget)
4. Develop and deliver monthly reporting
Required Skills/Experience
1. Good level of speaking and writing of both Dutch and English
2. Knowledge FM department on operational and tactical level
3. Vendor Management
4. General business acumen
