Description
We support our client in strengthening the Technical Integration team by providing technical administrative support for the development, standardization, and communication of technical standards within energy infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate Technical Gate communication sessions, including agendas, presentations, invitations, catering, room reservations, Teams environments, and newsletters
- Chair French-language Technical Gate sessions, ensuring introductions, conclusions, and smooth transitions between presentations
- Organize and coordinate REX (Retour d’Expérience) communication sessions in both national languages
- Act as Business Owner at team level for document management IT tools and translate business needs to the central Document Management team
- Support document management, archiving, and publication using SharePoint and Confluence
- Organize and manage the Technical Certification process, including test organization and certification follow-up
- Maintain and manage the Jira ticketing system in support of experts
- Coordinate and distribute written communications such as Quality Alerts, ensuring consistency, formatting, and translations
- Serve as point of contact with the central Quality Team
- Maintain and publish the team dashboard based on inputs from various channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Organization & Management or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in Dutch and French with a good basic knowledge of English
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to address a broad audience in both national languages
- Affinity with IT tools and good knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Affinity with AI tools such as Copilot is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus

- Work regime: Full-time
- Onsite presence: 2 days per week
