FEL260710P5A1: Senior Technical Architect / Lead .NET Architect (Brussels, remote 60%, 6 months)


Service description:
  1. Reporting to the Project leaders about the progression of the applications in the portfolio.
  2. Checking and challenging the specifications.
  3. Controlling of the code’s quality.
  4. Reporting to the Elia development team manager about the applications in the portfolio.
  5. Following the Elia Guidelines and technologies.
Requirements:
Technical skills
  1. Technical architect level or very senior .net profile.
  2. Strong UI focus, with proven experience designing and delivering modern front-end solutions. Microfrontend knowledge is required.
  3. Preferably highly skilled in Blazor; alternatively, strong expertise in another modern UI technology is acceptable.
  4. Seniority in micro-service architecture.
  5. Seniority on main development patterns.
  6. Good experience in k8s different components and concept (service, pod, ingress, networking…).
  7. Good experience on azure cloud resources usage.
  8. Good experience in Helm deployment and azure devops pipeline (ci and cd pipeline).
  9. Good experience in designing architecture in UML, Archimate…
  10. Good experience in testing aspect (unit tests, feature tests, mocking).
Soft skills
  1. Good communication skill.
  2. Coaching developer teams.
  3. Be a player role in a scrum teams.
  4. Take the lead of multiple dev teams (help coordinate the work during a sprint) .
  5. Seniority on technical issue investigation (good analytics skills).
  6. Give a good vision on the target architecture.
  7. Challenge technical choice with other Tech leads and Dev.
  8. Challenge feature with PO.
  9. Explain to non-business people the technical aspect.
  10. Organize collaborative technical session with developers and architects.
  11. Handle priority and emergency in efficient way.
  12. Structured in the solution approach.
  13. Explore new technologies and keep a good technical watch.

  2. Onsite presence: By default, a physical presence on site is required for 2 days per week.
