Description

Location: Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam

Client: KLM

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to permanent based on mutual satisfaction.

Driving Requirements: Valid Driving License (B) and willingness to travel between different locations in the Schiphol area. A company car will be provided.

Residence: Must live within easily commutable distance to Schiphol Airport.

Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch and English.

Budget: up to 3200EUR/m

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for software and hardware, covering desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install and maintain PCs, along with associated software and peripherals.
  • Execute installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
  • Conduct tests and certifications for PCs and client-approved applications.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on problems or escalations.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
  • Adhere to client-specific Service Level Agreements, updating incident and request tickets within the ticketing system.


Key Qualifications:
  • A high school degree is required.
  • Good administrative skills and experience with ITIL management systems (SNOW, Topdesk, etc.).
  • Several years of experience supporting international clients with deskside support for laptops, tablets, and mobiles.
  • Proficient in O365, Windows 10, and Office applications.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on technical experience.
  • EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, COMPTIA, A+ are desirable certifications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
  • Excellent analytical and client communication skills.
  • Client and/or governmental clearance may be required.
  • Police or criminal background verification may be required.
