Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), peripherals, and self-service machines (e.g., ticketing, payment devices)
Troubleshoot, install, and maintain Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office, and related hardware/software
Support printers, network devices, scanners, and tablets (Windows and Android)
Collaborate with IT and 3rd-line support teams to resolve escalations and monitor SLAs
Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
Assist with server/workstation patching and software deployment (SCCM, Altiris)
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years’ experience in field services or desktop support roles
Hands-on experience with Intel-based hardware, Windows/macOS, and Active Directory
Familiarity with MDM solutions (Intune, Knox), network protocols, and remote support tools
Proficiency in PC build, patch management, hardware diagnostics, and onsite repair
Understanding of ITIL processes, SLAs, and enterprise support documentation
Qualifications
Basic academic qualification (GCSE/A-Level or local equivalent)
Training or certifications in IT support, Microsoft products, or networking is a plus
Ability to work from various sites as required (limited travel)
