What will you be doing?

* Completing and coordinating Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to DDQ requests.
* Collating RFPs in accordance with MSIM's approach on sustainability
* Responsibility for developing and improving RFP processes and the quality of responses.
* Working with the four verticals of the Sustainability team, subject matter experts, sales and relationship teams to source information and create bespoke responses where required.
* Working with investment teams and other internal stakeholders to gain insights into clients/prospects needs to tailor responses accordingly.
* Maintain and update RFP database to ensure consistency.

Skills that will help you in the role:

* Minimum 10 years of RFP/DDQ experience in finance, preferably in asset management. Sustainability RFP/DDQ experience a plus.
* Hold an Undergraduate degree, in a qualitative-related subject, such as English Literature, History, Politics, Psychology etc.
* Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable ability to edit and tailor text to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability.
* A client focused outlook is essential.
* Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Positive attitude towards problem solving.
* Excellent time management skills, ability to cope with, and work on multiple tasks with different deadlines.
* Ability to deal with complexity given the ever-evolving sustainability market
* Familiarity with sustainability-related regulations and broader financial trends in the market
* The ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
