Role Overview
We are inviting Final Year student & Graduates to an opportunity to participate in a UX Focus Group Evaluation Program. Participants will test websites & SaaS Dashboards, along with AI-driven work-flows to provide honest, unbiased, structured, actionable UX feedback, along with Product Market Fit analysis in a report. This is not a design execution role, it is a QA & UX evaluation, and insights role. You will have the opportunity to become involved and help shape the development and future of the AI-SaaS platform.

Who Can Apply
The following backgrounds are desired:
  1. UX/UI Design
  2. Computer Science / Software Engineering
  3. Business, Management, Information Systems
  4. Marketing / Business Development (UX-focused)
  5. Project Management (PMO)
Key Responsibilities
Review & Report:
  1. Website & SaaS Dashboard Features & Functions
  2. AI-Agents and workflows
  3. Analyze the user journey end-to-end
  4. UX friction areas & Gaps between UI and usability
  5. Provide clear, thoughtful, practical UX Feedback reports & suggestions
What We’re Looking For
  1. Strong interest in QA, UI/UX, product development, & business usability
  2. Ability to explain why something works or doesn’t
  3. Honest, unbiased, and ‘Critical Thinking’ feedback & suggested improvements
  4. Exceptional written communication skills in English
