Location: Remote
Duration: Until end 2026

We are looking for a CX Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale CX platforms built on Amazon Connect and AWS, delivering modern, intelligent customer experiences for global organisations.

You’ll work across frontend development, backend integrations, and cloud services, building end-to-end contact centre solutions and conversational AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and customise Amazon Connect Agent Workspaces and Contact Control Panels
  2. Develop responsive agent interfaces using React, JavaScript and modern web frameworks
  3. Implement backend services using AWS Lambda, Node.js and Python
  4. Build and integrate Amazon Lex chatbots for conversational AI experiences
  5. Develop APIs using Amazon API Gateway and integrate with external systems such as CRMs
  6. Support contact flows, routing logic, and omnichannel customer interactions
  7. Contribute to scalable architectures using modern serverless AWS services

Required Skills & Experience
  1. 3+ years of experience in software development or cloud application development
  2. Exposure to JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python
  3. Basic knowledge of AWS or cloud computing concepts
  4. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative engineering teams
