For our existing customer from the transport environment, we are currently looking for 3 Engineering Stakeholder Managers (m/f/d) for 3 different locations (countries) to support the project.

In total, the same position is sought 3 times for 3 different countries!

- Engineering Stakeholder Managers in and for Estonia
- Engineering Stakeholder Managers in and for Latvia
- Engineering Stakeholder Managers in and for Lithuania

The candidates must be able to speak the respective national language of the country in order to be able to communicate with the local authorities and each of the candidates must be able to speak good English in order to be able to converse with the client in Germany.

Description of the role of the Engineering Stakeholder Manager

The Engineering Stakeholder Manager will analyze, review, monitor, and issue instructions to the head of the contractor's stakeholder team and to the contractor's stakeholder managers if they do not comply with all employer requirements related to stakeholder management in Volume 3.2 as well as the instructions related to stakeholder management, but which are listed in the other volumes of employer requirements.

The Engineering Stakeholder Manager shall have the responsibility and accountability for analyzing, reviewing, and monitoring all processes, documents, and activities managed by the Contractor's Stakeholder Manager roles throughout the electrification service from design to TOS and handover, and shall provide the contractor's Stakeholder Manager with the necessary instructions to meet the employer's requirements.

The Engineering Stakeholder Manager checks whether the performance of the Contractor Stakeholder Manager increases support and minimizes resistance from all stakeholders involved in the electrification service. If this is not the case, the Engineering Stakeholder Manager must actively push the Contractor Stakeholder Manager to improve their own performance by demonstrating their own contribution to solving the problems.

The Engineering Stakeholder Manager analyzes, reviews, monitors, and gives instructions and follows those instructions to identify and register all stakeholders, engage all stakeholders, review stakeholder engagement performance, review and review stakeholder coordination activities.

The Engineering Stakeholder Manager reports both internally and externally on the status, planning, outstanding issues, remediation actions, and schedule impact.

The Engineering Stakeholder Manager takes minutes of all meetings. He/she reviews the MOM until there are no objections from the participants in the meeting.

Requirements and qualifications:

-10 years with proven and verified experience and background in the construction or 
 transportation industry as a project manager /  senior engineer or bid manager, tender
 manager, business development representative, or official representative of the 
 Government institutions (e.g. as project managers).

-10 years of proven and verified professional experience in cooperation with government   institutions (e.g. local Railway Institutes).

-Understanding of the current political situation in the Baltic States.

-Latvian, Lithuanian or Estonian (native or fluent) and English (fluent).
