Your Role as a Freelance Sales Manager (m/f/d) at NOMNIO: I am seeking highly motivated and results-oriented freelance Sales Managers to join me in expanding NOMNIO's reach. This is a commission-only partnership, perfect for experienced sales professionals who understand the transformative power of IoT and are eager to capitalize on the booming demand for digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire new clients across NOMNIO’s target industries (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, cleanroom technology, industrial automation, machinery, pumps & valves, smart buildings).

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Innovation Managers, CEOs, Production Heads, Product Managers, etc.).

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present NOMNIO's IoT solutions as strategic answers to client challenges, showcasing value through enhanced product features, operational optimization & Predictive Maintenance

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and initial contact to proposal development.

Collaborate regularly with the NOMNIO technical and leadership team to align on strategy and solution development.

What You'll Bring:

3-7+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales of complex technology solutions, ideally within IoT, Industry 4.0, or related fields.

A solid understanding of IoT technologies and their practical application in industrial and commercial environments.

An active and relevant professional network within our target industries is a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented.

Fluency in English and Target Market skills are required.

We offer highly competitive commission rates calculated on the generated revenue of secured projects. (For example: Commissions typically range from 15%+ of the project value, depending on size and complexity. A successful project can lead to earnings of 10.000 € or more.
