Description

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join the Credit eTrading team at a leading international investment bank in London.

About the Role:

In this position, you will support the Credit eTrading platform, focusing on the pricing and trading of credit bonds and derivatives. Your responsibilities will involve working with ITAX indices, managing price generation, distribution, and ensuring the smooth operation of eTrading systems. This includes managing bookings into deal management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and address production issues, following established protocols for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain and optimize system performance across eTrading workflows.
  • Collaborate with a complex ecosystem of approximately 2000 components, supporting the platform's functionality across various workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French is a must.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in a Front Office environment.

Technical Skills:

  • SQL: Proficient in writing and interpreting queries.
  • Excel: Strong skills in creating and understanding complex statements.
  • Unix Servers: Familiarity with Unix server environments.
  • Python: Nice to have, but not required.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments, particularly in a Front Office trading setting.

Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic trading environment.
