Context: The client is implementing the Strategic Asset Framework (CSP) project to optimize the management and visualization of the real estate portfolio of the group's subsidiaries. This project aims to centralize and structure asset data to better manage interventions and strategic decisions. In this context, the client is looking for a Full Stack Expert Developer to design and develop a data platform facilitating the consolidation and analysis of asset information.

Project Objectives:
- Centralize, store, and enrich data to facilitate the development of Strategic Asset Plans (PSP) and reduce data entry effort.
- Examine the possibility of using Technical Maintenance Plans (PMT) to feed data useful for the PSP.
- Provide the group with a 360° asset vision (1st use case of the CSP).
- Build and measure progress trajectories according to selected use cases.
- Define the Group's heritage policy, reflected in annual roadmaps.
Main Missions:
- Translate user needs into specifications understandable by technical management and developers.
- Design, model, and develop programs in compliance with the application backlog, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Create and enhance acceptance criteria provided in User Stories (US).
- Manage user tickets concerning maintained applications.
- Ensure applications are kept in operational condition.
- Update application documentation.
- Participate in agile instances (excluding vacation periods).
- Integrate code and, if necessary, review and validate the code of other team members.
- Provide mentoring to team members.
- Participate in co-design meetings.
Deliverables:
- Application code tested and integrated according to standards.
- Case studies or co-design documents.
- Document of good development practices.
- Application and performance test reports.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in mapping solutions (MapBox, OpenStreetMap, etc.) and the use of layers.
- Good management of application performance and code optimization.
- Development in a Full Stack environment: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and associated frameworks.
- Experience in Agile methodology and active participation in Scrum rituals.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Proficiency in the following technologies:
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Messaging: RabbitMQ
- Language: Java
- Front-end: Angular
- ETL: NiFi
- Data Visualization: Metabase
- Others: Airflow, DBT, Kubernetes, MinIO, Auth0
