Job Description: Fullstack Java Lead with UI Experience
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid role with occasional office visits)
Contract Type: Freelance

We seek a highly skilled Fullstack Java Lead with UI experience to join our team. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for developing and leading the implementation of enterprise-based applications. This role requires expertise in Java, REST/SOAP, J2EE, Spring, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, React JS, and JavaScript. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-based applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using Java, REST/SOAP, J2EE, Spring, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, React JS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product owners, and quality assurance, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to improve development processes and product offerings.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum seven years of experience in full-stack Java development, focusing on enterprise-based applications.
- Proficiency in Java, REST/SOAP, J2EE, Spring, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, React JS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience leading development teams and driving project success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- EU citizenship is required for this position.
- Flexibility to visit the office in Warsaw as needed.
