Gather and analyze functional requirements from stakeholders (business, security, IT)
Define and formalize functional specifications for the SailPoint IIQ solution
Contribute to the design of IAG processes, including :
- Identity management
- Account lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
- Access governance
- Entitlement workflows
- Certification campaigns
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Collaborate with technical teams for SailPoint IIQ 8.4 configuration and implementation
Support the integration of target applications (AD, LDAP, business applications, etc.)
Participate in functional testing strategy and execution (UAT)
Assist key users and contribute to change management
Draft functional documentation and user guides
Provide post-go-live functional support if required


Technical experience
mandatory
· Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferably version 8.x, especially 8.4)
· Familiar with requirements, specifications and use cases design.
· Substantial experience (minimum 3–5 years) in IAM/IAG
· Strong understanding of IAM concepts: - RBAC / ABAC - Identity and access management - Governance and compliance
preferable
  1. 10 years’ experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)
  2. Knowledge of access user management on different target systems (Windows/Unix/Mainframe)
  3. Knowledge of Cloud (IAAS/PAAS solutions)
  4. Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
