Freelance Cloud Engineer (GCP) — Long term — Fully Remote (Europe)

I’m supporting a major digital unit in the fashion retail sector that’s scaling its Google Cloud platform. They’re looking for a senior GCP engineer who can actually build things from the ground up, not just maintain what’s already there.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Building new Google Cloud applications from scratch
  2. Shaping a well governed and secure cloud platform
  3. Working closely with a small, senior team of six
  4. Driving best practices across architecture, security, and automation
What they expect
  1. Strong hands-on GCP expertise
  2. Confident building cloud solutions independently
  3. Senior mindset with ownership and initiative
