Dear Consultant,
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to join our team on a remote B2B contract basis. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, ensuring they align with our client’s strategic HR needs. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-go-live support.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
System Configuration: Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business objectives.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Custom Solutions: Develop and implement tailored solutions where standard functionalities do not meet requireents.
Training & Support: Provide end-user training and ongoing system support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – configuration, customization, and integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address business needs.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to design and deliver training programs for HR and IT teams.
Hands-on experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and CI/CD processes is a plus.
Experience & Education
12 to 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
Work Environment & Additional Information
Remote Work: Fully remote role, open to candidates from Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Collaboration: Frequent engagement with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or project implementation.
