About the role:

We are currently looking for a Global Sales Operations Manager to join our ambitious and highly motivated Global Sales and Marketing team.
The Global Sales Operations Manager interfaces intensively with multiple stakeholder in the Global Sales and Marketing Team, Sales Operations Team, Business Administration & Finance, IT to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently.
This position is essential to enable the Global Sales and Marketing team to deliver upon our growth ambitions and to streamline processes in reporting, forecasting, DWIN tracking globally with the Director Sales, Marketing and Distribution Operations.
The position will be based in Nijmegen and will report into Director Sales, Marketing and Distribution Operations.

What you will do:

In this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:
Support Key Sales Operations Activities: Forecasting, RFF, Revenue Gap-closing, Design-win reviews, Business Analytics, Long Term Revenue Planning.
Publish Global Reporting Dashboards for Direct and Distribution Channels
Support Sales management team with analyses for strategic reviews
Work closely with Central Sales Operations on the best practices to continuously drive process improvements
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
Run upcoming Global Sales and Marketing Projects
Review customer change request and host bi-weekly customer change board meeting
Implement, support & execute customer change process, on-boarding new customer, and leading distribution operations activities internally/externally (onboarding, defranchising, EDI implementations, account setup, process improvement, and training)
Coordinate customer classification maintenance and monitor CMD quality (SAP & ModelN)
Operational support for sales operations team on POS & Inventory
Manage distribution policy change and implement our client's sales strategy (GSM 3.0)
Publish, improve, and organize training on Global Reporting Dashboards
User management Spotfire, ModelN, and SAP, act as an key user for GSM organization

What you will need:
University background with minimum 5 years Sales Operations experience with Semiconductor Company or Distributor
Strong Computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant system as eg SAP and Spotfire
Sound understanding of (Semiconductor) and Distribution related business processes and programs and ability to define and drive processes and programs
Strong, confident and clear communication skills in English
Ability to deal with different personalities (also push back on things)
High dependability, be there to support the business
Team mentality, hands-on mentality and service oriented mindset
Result-oriented and analytical skill set
Sound acumen in working with and interpreting numbers
