I am currently looking for Head of Infrastructure Asset Management - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Freelance (m/f/d) for a renowned company in the railway sector.• Contract: Jan 2024 – Dec plus 12 months)
• Workload: Fulltime
• Location: 100% Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
• Language: English (mind. C1 Level) + Arabic (preferred) or German (preferred)
• Work Permit: MUST Saudi Arabia
• Budget: 50-70€
• Travel cost will be possible to expensed – Hotel not
• Freelance Position

Must-have competencies / Skills
Work Experience please send me yours via Mail:
• Min. 10 years in in rail industry
• Min. 5 years in leadership position
• Min. 10 years in a similar position
• International experience, preference GCC
• Control the Contractors’ asset management activities related to infrastructure
• Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all asset management related disciplines
• Overseeing the rail system's physical infrastructure, including tracks, bridges, tunnels, and related components. They are responsible for maintenance, upgrades, and expansions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Develop and execute infrastructure maintenance and improvement programs.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to assess and repair track conditions.
• Plan and supervise infrastructure expansion and upgrade projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all infrastructure projects.
• Monitor the structural integrity of bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure elements.
• Collaborate with environmental and sustainability teams for eco-friendly infrastructure solutions.
• Prepare budgets, timelines, and progress reports for infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical expertise during the planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives.
Close Collaboration with: SAR management, Product and product group owners
• Technical Requirements:
• Project management skills
• Industrial asset management background (preferably in the railway business)
• Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering
