Role : ServiceNow Technical Expert
Location: Nice France (Remote)
Type : Contract/Permanent
Technical & Functional Experience:
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience, with a focus on Demand, Project/Portfolio Management, and Resource Management. Experience with EAP (Early Availability Program) is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including core applications, shared capabilities, and CMDB.
Extensive experience with integrations, including scripted APIs and Integration Hub to connect ServiceNow with third-party tools.
Expertise in ServiceNow Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer, enabling efficient user interfaces and automation.
Additional experience in EAP (Early Availability Program) is a distinct advantage.
Professional Skills (Methods & Processes):
Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of Project Management processes and SaFe methodology for scaled agile framework.
Release Management & Code Versioning: Solid knowledge of release management and best practices for code versioning.
Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to solve complex problems while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Specification Writing: Ability to write detailed and clear functional requirements, including inputs, outputs, considered solutions, high-level designs, and integrations.
Testing Strategies: Experienced in both technical and functional testing, including writing and executing test scripts.
Agile Methodology: Solid experience working within SCRUM teams and embracing agile principles.
