Background:
A manufacturing company is preparing for the go-live of a new system and related processes. To ensure a stable hypercare phase immediately after go-live, on-site support from an experienced Quality Management specialist is required. The main objective is to stabilize quality-related processes, support the business teams directly, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements (Must-haves):
- Several years of experience in Quality Management (QM) within SAP-related or production-related environments
- Proven experience in hypercare and/or post-go-live support phases
- Hungarian language skills at native or near-native level
- Strong English language skills for project communication
- Good knowledge of relevant QM tools, methods, and process structures
- Strong understanding of production, logistics, and supply chain processes
- QM-Integration in SAP EWM on S/4HANA
- Ability to work hands-on and directly with local business departments on site
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, reliable way of working
- Ability to perform well under pressure in critical project phases
Nice-to-haves:
- German language skills
- Eperience in international rollout projects
- Intercultural competence
- Experience in training, coaching, or end-user support situations
Tasks:
- Support the client in all QM-related topics directly after go-live
- Analyze, prioritize, and follow up on quality- and process-related deviations
- Work closely with local business teams, especially in production, logistics, and quality
- Perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions
- Help ensure process stability during the hypercare phase
- Prepare status updates and align closely with the project team
- Provide operational support for QM-related questions directly on site
- Optionally support training or coaching activities for local users
