IAM Engineer

We are seeking someone who will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of user access to our systems and applications while adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IAM solutions.
  • Design and implement IAM solutions, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Configure and maintain IAM systems, such as identity directories, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privilege access management (PAM) tools.
  • Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and provide support to end-users as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our IAM infrastructure.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working as an IAM Engineer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of identity life cycle management, access controls, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Experience with Scripting languages (eg, PowerShell, Python) and automation tools for IAM tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (eg, CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access Manager) are a plus.
