Indoor Radio Design Engineer
This role is hybrid, involving site visits in London and the M25 area.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled RAN Design Engineer to assist with the design and deployment of radio networks across a variety of new and existing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RAN design and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in indoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to design and deploy RAN solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct site surveys and meetings at customer locations to gather requirements and assess existing network conditions.
- Utilise iBwave and Ranplan tooling for detailed radio network design and propagation analysis.
- Design and implement indoor small cell systems and products to enhance network coverage and capacity.
- Develop and manage designs for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to support seamless connectivity in challenging environments.
- Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project life cycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of RAN solutions with overall network architecture.
Essential Experience:
- JOTS NHIB
- Proven experience in RAN design, including both radio network design and deployment.
- Strong understanding of radio propagation principles and their practical applications.
- Technical proficiency in ideally Ranplan, or iBwave tooling for radio network design.
- Experience in designing and deploying indoor small cell systems and related products.
- Familiarity with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and their implementation in various environments.
