Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining the global IT infrastructure, collaborating with team members, and providing Tier 2 support to end users.
- Participate in infrastructure-related projects, working closely with stakeholders and other IT disciplines to design, implement, and maintain reliable software and systems aligned with business goals.
- Proactively safeguard IT systems, data, and users by staying current with global security developments and coordinating with internal security and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent education or relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, with proficiency in several of the following areas:
- Microsoft Server operating systems & Active Directory and Network infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 environment
- SQL Server
- Citrix systems
- SharePoint
- Virtualization technologies
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
