Description

We're seeking an experienced leader in interface and project integration management to help drive the successful delivery of a major, multidisciplinary transport infrastructure programme in Ireland. What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape and implement the project's interface management strategy across all phases and disciplines.
  • Maintain and update interface agreements with key partner organisations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve integration challenges.
  • Work closely with client partners to embed interface processes into project delivery.
  • Manage relationships with public bodies, local authorities, and transport partners.
  • Identify key project interfaces and define clear responsibilities across teams.
  • Oversee communication and coordination between work packages to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Deliver work in line with safety, quality, scope, schedule, and cost expectations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Support specification reviews, supervision, inspections, testing, and acceptance activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management procedures and governance.
  • Ensure integration across mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, and systems interfaces.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years' professional experience, including at least 7 years in interface, construction, or project management on major metro/rail or large?scale infrastructure projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related field; postgraduate qualifications welcomed.
  • Professional membership with an industry?recognised institution (SCSI / RICS or similar).
  • Six Sigma or other process?improvement training is an advantage.
  • Experience taking projects from concept through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Strong background managing contractors, consultants, and advisors within regulated project environments.
  • Understanding of working in unionised and highly regulated sectors.
  • Proven ability to champion a strong safety culture in safety?critical environments.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing at all levels.
  • Excellent communicator, able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and technical requirements.
  • Strong governance mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and manage risks effectively.
