Role: IT Business Analyst - Documents
Location: Lisbon - hybrid 2 days per week
Duration: 6 months
Rate: €200 per day
Key Essential Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, working in an IT and/or technical environment is essential
- Insurance business knowledge to understand business cases
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as user stories, use cases, wireframes, UML, BPMN, etc.
- Experience in Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, Trello)
- Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Good/advanced Excel skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous or current experience in testing would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Must be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Use of English as a working language (both written and spoken)
Overview:
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst based in Lisbon whose primary focus will be to design the requirements for the Documents and E-mail templates to be configured on our IT landscape that will support our insurance business across in Europe within a Transformation Programme.
The IT Business Analyst for Documents team is expected to have some insurance background (not mandatory) and experience and have excellent communication skills and can adapt to a fast and ever-changing landscape.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Liaise between with the business to understand their requirement
- Perform fields mapping for insurance documents
- Analytical and detailed perspective to identify gaps and perform requirement analysis
- Document the requirements for the Documents/E-mails in scope for each project/release and keep it updated
- Support any queries from development team and testing phases
