I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our client (a highly renowned company in the Netherlands widely recognized for its exceptional organizational culture, innovative projects, and international environment).
Your role will involve aligning the client's products and services with customer needs and industry trends, as well as developing efficient delivery strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in managing demand and achieving benefits within a large-scale program.
Who you are:
- You have an extensive experience of 5+ years as a business analyst or project manager.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of capturing and analysing requirements in an Agile environment.
- Previous working experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- The ability to confidently voice suggestions for improvement, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.
- You will join a diverse cross-functional team that includes PMO, finance managers, and benefit & synergy tracking managers.
- Together, you will collaborate closely with the integration management lead to ensure effective coordination and cooperation.
