  2. Mobile Device Management – setup and administration
  3. Software and hardware installations
  4. Software and hardware support
  5. Hardware repairs (computers only)
  6. Network support (patching, monitoring, documentation)
  7. Setup and dismantling of network components
  8. Resolving critical incidents
  9. IMACs – Install, Move, Add, Change ? relocations, installations
  10. VIP support / ad-hoc support
  11. Intune / EntraID nice to have
  12. English: Fluent
