Position: IT Risk Project Assistant
Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Key Responsibilities:
Understand project scope and requirements
Identify stakeholders and manage stakeholder communication
Collaborate with PMOs and workstream leads to ensure alignment
Provide input and support for resource allocation towards deliverables
Assist in developing timelines and project plans
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Maintain oversight of project financials
Handle escalations and issues on behalf of stakeholders
Proactively engage with stakeholders and facilitate problem-solving to prevent delays
Required Knowledge & Experience:
Technology and project management background
Experience in a project management lead or project driver role
Technical risk/compliance knowledge is preferred
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to work proactively and independently
Execution-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
Adaptability to changing deadlines and dynamic project requirements
