Job Title: IT Trainer
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Any office across the UK, 2 days per week on site
Length: 6 months, scope for extensions/permanent role

A prominent international law firm is looking for a Legal IT Learning Specialist to drive impactful IT training within the firm's legal departments. This role is critical in delivering a sophisticated legal technology curriculum and advancing IT knowledge across the organisation. The Legal IT Learning Specialist will be instrumental in embedding essential tech competencies in lawyers and support teams, ensuring alignment with global firm standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging IT training programmes for employees, enhancing their use of core legal tech tools.
  • Design and refine learning materials to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the firm.
  • Lead induction sessions for new hires to foster technology fluency from day one.
  • Consult with stakeholders across the EMEA region to tailor training solutions for regional requirements.
  • Support project and operational change initiatives with expert insights and resources.
  • Maintain and update IT learning resources, ensuring accessibility and relevancy.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven background in eLearning platform management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
