Description

My client is urgently looking for a JAMF Technical Support Engineer to support iOS devices. You will have 3 + years in a technical support role, with experience in JAMF, experience in managing Apple iOS devices. You will have a strong understanding of iOS devices and Apple ecosystem, provide support to customers with issues related to Apple iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, experience in diagnosing &resolving software and hardware problems efficiently. You will provide guidance on software updates, app installations, and device settings, work with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve support processes and educate customers on the features and benefits of Apple products and services.
