• Collaborate remotely with US-based teams on complex, data-driven products.
• Contribute to backend systems, pipelines, ML models, and data architecture.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform peer code reviews.
• Work independently and communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Operate comfortably in fully remote, asynchronous environments with occasional US timezone overlap.
Core Technical Expectations:
• Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Data Engineering: Spark, Airflow, Python, SQL, Kafka, Snowflake, Redshift
• Data Science / ML: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy, ML Ops
• AI & GenAI: NLP, LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Golang, Java (Spring Boot), or C# (.NET).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Profile:
• Prior experience with international teams or US-based clients.
• Technically self-sufficient with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable with video interviews and distributed team communication.
• Looking for long-term, full-time collaboration with room for growth.
