Description
A Kenan Arbor Consultant/Analyst is needed for a 6 to 12 months project based in Milan, Italy. This is an excellent hybrid role, and the candidate must be based in Milan Italy and work onsite for 2-3 days a week onsite and offsite for the reminder. Candidates must be able to work in Italy without sponsorship. We are offering Market rates.
Skills
- 8+ years of Telecom Rating and Billing domain/COTS experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in development of Kenan package
- Kenan Arbor expertise expected.
- Account creation/Service provisioning, Service/Account Disconnection/Reconnections, Order Life Cycle Management
- Configuration/Testing of Packages, Components, Products (RC), Contracts, NRC, Discount, Unit Credits, Corridor, Usage, Adjustments and Payments from Kenan FX GUI and Backend.
- Configuration/Testing of Jurisdiction, Usage Points, Usage Jurisdiction (for Roaming Scenarios), Rate Usage, Rate Periods and Rate Bands.
- Rating and Billing using MPS processes (COM, MCAP, CAP, BIP, BIF, MIU, RAP) and CDR (Usage File) Configuration and Formatting for all Record Types
- Testing of all APIs and functionalities
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills in production support, development, configuration and testing of post-paid billing operations in Kenan Arbor
- Analysis, Design and Development/customization and testing of Telecom Billing Solutions, including providing Technical and Functional Guidance/Support for the same.
- Engage with customer for new business requirement and perform feasibility study and impact analysis on billing system.
- Familiarity with various types of data being generated by Telecom Operations/OSS/BSS systems.
- Test, maintain and recommend process improvements to ensure optimization of business process and model.
- Knowledge of Various TMForum frameworks (eTOM/SID/TAM/Open API) knowledge
