Job Description :-
Job Purpose : This position manages the Project and oversees IT and business teams. Accountable for resources availability and delivering as per plan. Actively contributes to planning and budgeting process coordinating with other IT functions.
Responsibilities (generic to a PM position):
Scope, time, cost management: Manages the scope, timeline, cost and oversees the delivery of projects within the scope of the program, in alignment with IT organization department goals, objectives, strategy and standards. Develops schedules and a framework to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and per specification. Leads planning and budgeting process for assigned project and coordinates the same with other IT stakeholders.
Risk and stakeholder management: Assesses projects risk and builds mitigation plans. Develops strong relationships business sponsor to understand priorities and to allow delivery.
Communication management: Reports on project progress and health to business / IT sponsors and head of Project Management. Define and implement the appropriate & comprehensive approach for Change Management including a stakeholder impact analysis.
Quality management: Understand, comply and execute all assigned projects, tasks and activities in full alignment with Ferring company standards including relevant SOPs.
Budget management: Oversee external consultants actuals and financial control of time and spend. Facilitate deliverables and payments approval.
Integration management: Leads the implementation of interfaces in close collaboration with system analyst and architects, supports trouble shooting and problem solving.
Project specific
Experience with Kinaxis, Supply Planning is a plus
