KPI | Performance Management Consultant (m/w/d)

Description

The goal of the project is the Development and implementation of a performance management system at the Customer

Professional implementation of KPIs for the future Performance Management System of the customers Portfolio based on own knowledge and experience:

• Adjustment of the existing KPI concepts (provided by the customer in advance)
• Development and implementation of KPI data collection process und a monthly update process
• Documentation of the results and hand over and present to the customer for a final sign-off

 Development and Implementation of Monthly Performance Dialogues (design of dialogue and process of data collection and documentation) for the departments Hydrogen, Green Fuels & Infrastructure and New green power & heat, Strategy & Performance and Project Execution in the Customer New Green Power and Gas area aligned with the Performance Dialogue of the Customer area New Green Power and Gas based on existing concepts:

• Implementation of the concept based on dashboards and powerpoint templates provided by the Customer

Project Steering and coordination for Organizational change project:

• Development and implementation of a pilot for professional and digitalised Knowledge Management including AI easy to use with high probability to be accepted
• Structuring of the project, steering of the CUstomer project team members and execution of the final implementation with the aim of reaching the project objectives based on own expertise

Development and Implementation of an IT Tool that support the Project Management in the customers New Green Power and Gas with focus on describing the underlying core business processes and there interlinkage based on own knowledge and experience

Erfahrung im Thema Performance und Projekt-Management (mind. 3 Jahre Projekterfahrung!); KPI und Dashboard müssen bekannt sein! Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch werden vorausgesetzt. Nice to have: Kenntnisse PowerBI.

Implementierung von KPI's

• Entwicklung von monatlichen Performance Dialogues
• Beratung zum Reporting
• Entwicklung eines guten Performancemanagements (Customers Best Practises und neue Sichtweisen vermitteln – deshalb Erfahrung unbedingt notwendig)
• sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (internationale Arbeitsumgebung)
