Job spec-
Resource with remote L1 support experience
Proficient in managing user calls and addressing the issues
Interacting with Users & try to resolve their issue in time.
Following up with user to ensure full resolution of issues.
Detailed understanding of SOPs and support process
Flexible to work in shifts
Experience in supporting issues related to desktop, AD, Software installation, Teams, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, Network etc.
Note: Candidate should relocate to Poland location, and this is a completely remote job in Poland location only, Fluent in Dutch Speaking, need to be flexible with 24/7 shift for on call support.
Salary 2500 Euros per month (All inclusive)
