I have partnered with one of the largest banks in the investment division on a 12 month contract for a 3 year project, looking for a English and French speaking candidate to join as a cisco voice engineer. With our 4 year and growing relationship with this company, placing hundreds of freelancers meaning that the job opportunities are endless.
This job role requires on site working with a start date of as early as 22nd of May so interviews are taking place this week! You will be required to use your CISCO knowledge to help and participate to build or upgrade CUCM to 12.5 version, configure entire +E164 dial plan and troubleshoot incidents.

Cisco Voice Engineer
- Design, upgrade, install and troubleshoots networking collaboration devices and software (CUCM/UNITY/UCCX/ISR) - Candidate has already built and upgraded a CUCM cluster from scratch, configured a full dial plan.
- Very good Knowledge of SIP (troubleshooting header)
- Solid experience with voice gateways protocols: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP, digital PRI / E1, analog FXO / FXS on Cisco and legacy devices.
- Managing multiple Cisco CUCM clusters (with Unity and UCCX) split into 5 regions. PSTN connectivity is provided by ISR with E1s and Oracle SBC.
- Solid Cisco collaboration knowledge and experience, you will help and participate to build or upgrade CUCM to 12.5 version, configure entire +E164 dial plan and troubleshoot incidents.
