Lead Domain Architect - Telecoms
Project Title: Enterprise Architecture & OSS Transformation
Location: Hybrid London-centric role (3 days onsite)
Start Date: Immediate start
Duration: 3-month contract
Project aspirations and success criteria
? Establish a structured architectural function to support multi-vendor development.
? Successfully transition to an outcome-based delivery model.
? Ensure high-quality HLD/LLD documentation to facilitate development teams.
Project current state
? Engineering oversight is stretched due to a small internal team.
? Existing architecture is high-level, requiring a team to break it into HLD/LLD.
? Need to drive Endava's engineering teams more effectively.
Existing/target team and support infrastructure for team member
? Collaboration with senior stakeholders, including Architectural Lead, Engineering Managers, and Endava engineers.
? Expected to act as a virtual member of the leadership team.
Success criteria for candidate
? Develop and oversee the implementation of high-quality architectural designs.
? Lead coordination between vendors, MSPs, and internal teams.
? Support the transition to an outcome-based delivery model.
