Role: Level 3 Microsoft Mobile & Desktop Client Suite Engineer
Location: Romania (Cluj / Bucharest)
Work Model: Remote initially – potential hybrid later
Contract: 6 months Contract-to-Hire
Languages: German C1 + English required
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft mobile and desktop client solutions
Troubleshoot complex issues related to collaboration and productivity tools
Manage deployments and configurations of mobile client environments
Support end users and service desk teams with advanced troubleshooting
Maintain operational documentation and best practices
Ensure service stability and performance across collaboration platforms
Required Skills
Experience supporting Microsoft mobile client applications
Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Experience with Intune and mobile device management environments
Strong troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments
Language Requirements
German – C1 (mandatory)
English – professional proficiency
