Join our team as a Linux Systems Administrator reporting to our Systems Operations Manager. In this role, you'll manage and operate products and solutions for our client's production environment, ensuring 24/7 availability. We're looking for someone with proven technical expertise, a solid foundation in operating systems and networking skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain production system equipment and services.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability of the client's production application environments, including weekend on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
  • Document technical environments, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide direct support to various teams and third-party vendors to resolve production problems.
  • Maintain network and systems configurations globally across multiple data centers.
  • Develop system analysis and reporting tools, and tools for task automation.
  • Participate in planning and executing new product deployment and enhancement projects.


  • Experience in systems administration, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong Linux skills (Redhat/CentOS, Debian).
  • Windows server administration skills.
  • Experience with Java-based applications running within Wildfly/Tomcat.
  • Proficiency in Scripting languages such as Python, Powershell, Bash.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS and/or high-volume website environment preferred.
  • Experience in automation and managing large server environments.
  • Previous on-call experience.

Bonus Points for:

  • LDAP/Kerberos authentication against Microsoft Active Directory.
  • SAN and NAS technologies (iSCSI, FCP, CIFS, NFS, etc).
  • Open Source Project experience.
  • Puppet/CFEngine.
