- performing complex installations and configurations of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated Peripherals and related software.
- Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end-user technical issues assigned related to basic network/desktop/laptop support, Printers, PDAs, iPhone/iPad & other Smart Devices
- Assist ServiceDesk/Remote Desktop Support teams for hands and feet coordination efforts.
