We at #CosMicIT GmbH are urgently looking for #Managed File Transfer Admin/Developer
Location: #Poland
Role Type: #Remote
Language: #English
Position Summary:
Must-Have: RVS or/and JSCAPE
Good-To-Have: Working experience in banking environment
Desired Experience: 6+ Years
Setup new transmissions
Configuration of accounts and file transfers
Installation and configuration of the Connect: Direct connector
Creating configuration in JSCAPE/RVS as defined in the architecture.
Use of appropriate encryption
Test solution in model, validate with customer/end user/vendor, monitor for a week before migrating to production
Interface with internal and external customers to determine managed file transfer requirements
Incident Management
Any failures reported by CC should be taken care within the SLA based on the priority
Retrigger files and/or fix the failures.
Use Emergency Concept for critical jobs/files
Read and debug code related to FTP, SFTP, PGP encryption/decryption, zip, etc.
Change Management
Any change in the production and pre-prod environment will be carried out through Change Management process.
Problem Management
Root cause identification – Any repetitive incident or major incident should go through Problem Management to identify root cause and mitigate
Risk Management
Identify Risks in the environment – End Of Life or known errors or customized legacy scripts/codes with no documentation
Old hardware/software mitigation
Certificate Management
Update internal certs as needed
Update Keys and/or certs based on external vendors
Maintain repository of Certificates
Password Management
Any user accounts not managed through CyberArk should be reviewed and recertified periodically.
Application upgrades
Minor version upgrades on application to maintain application free from vulnerabilities and to ensure Vendor’s support
Applying patches to application
Vendor Engagement
External suppliers and/or vendors should be engaged for/during the troubleshooting.
Managed file transfer internal/external with RVS
JSCAPE as multiprotocol server (SFTP/HTTPS) interface for passive external file transfer
Manual file exchange with JSCAPE for personal file transfer
