IO Associates is seeking a skilled and dynamic Manufacturing Engineering Process Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for production processes and technical expertise to contribute to the industrialization of innovative designs.
Required:
- Proficiency in business management tools,
- SAP (desirable)
- Microsoft/Google Office tools
- Ability to operate from first principles in various manufacturing disciplines and activities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft production, engineering methods, and procedures is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate design intent into comprehensive technical instructions and manufacturing data for aircraft detail manufacture, assembly, test, and certification.
- Ensure all documentation and work meet procedural and regulatory standards.
- Lead project management efforts for manufacturing, assembly, testing, and certification methods, tools, and process improvements.
- Evaluate manufacturing capacity, recommend enhancements, and suggest changes to product design standards as needed.
- Provide hands-on electrical and mechanical shopfloor support for operations, supply chain, and final assembly lines.
