Mechanical Project Manager - Data Centre (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a contract role on a major data centre project. The successful candidate will manage mechanical services delivery from construction through commissioning, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to data centre standards.Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a contract role on a major data centre project. The successful candidate will manage mechanical services delivery from construction through commissioning, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to data centre standards.Key Responsibilities
- Manage site delivery of mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, pipework, plant)
- Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams
- Manage mechanical subcontractors, RAMS, programmes, and progress reporting
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Strong mechanical project management experience on data centre or mission-critical projects
- Proven site-based delivery experience
- Good understanding of data centre cooling and resilience concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, live construction environment
- Contract / freelance role
- Competitive daily or hourly rate
- Immediate or short-notice start preferred
