Contract Modelling and Simulation Engineer

12 Month Contract

£500 - £700 per day

Must be eligible for SC

Modelling and Simulation Engineer is required by a Globally recognised company working on all Defence aspects. The company is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a background in weapons to enhance and expand the current DI Modelling and Simulation team.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with a weapons background to complement the team's existing RF and IR expertise. The role involves developing fit-for-purpose threat data and models to support the FCAS Programme's Operational Analysis (OA) through to Integrated Test, Evaluation, and Acceptance (ITEA) activities.

Candidates should possess the technical knowledge and experience to articulate expertise in some or all the following areas:

  • Modelling and simulation experience
  • Radars or RF
  • Weapons, air, and surface, C2 or any specific defence related experience
  • Solidworks or CAD
  • Matlab or Simulink

P.S: Company cannot provide visa sponsorship, so only candidates residing in UK and with the existing right to work will be considered for the role.
