One of my consulting clients based in London is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 Technical SME for a new and exciting project. The role requires you to be on the office 3 days a week.

Role:

  • Technical SME required to support a broad IT solution review, with responsibility for assessing technical functionality and design, value for money, and alignment with future ways of working.
  • The role reports to the Consultant acting as Project Lead
  • It requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including:
  • Customer Insights
  • Customer Voice
  • Customer Service Operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's AI capabilities within the Dynamics ecosystem is highly desirable.
