Description
Dear Consultant,
We are supporting a major Nordic banking & insurance transformation programme and are looking for experienced consultants across payments, testing, infrastructure, architecture, and mainframe.

Location: Stockholm & Sweden
Start: January
Duration: 6–12 months (extensions likely)
Contract: B2B / Freelance
? OPEN ROLES? Technical Tester – Payments (x2)
Experience in testing complex payment systems
Functional, E2E & non-functional testing
Agile / SAFe environment
Banking / payments domain experience required
ISO20022 / SEPA knowledge is a plus
? Payment Business Analyst (x3)
Strong experience as BA in payments / banking
Requirements analysis & stakeholder management
Agile / SAFe delivery
ISO20022, SEPA, Bankgiro / Plusgiro experience is a plus
? Mainframe Developer (x2)
Strong COBOL / zOS / DB2 / JCL / MQ
Banking or payments background
Agile / SAFe environment
Experience with clearing & settlement systems is beneficial
? Infrastructure Engineer (x1)
OpenShift / container platforms
Linux, Oracle SQL, IBM MQ
CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)
Automation via Python / Bash
Experience supporting resilient & non-functional test environments
? Solution Architect – Digital Customer Documents (x1)
Senior Solution Architect experience in Swedish insurance
Knowledge of Lumera preferred
SAFe / ITIL experience
Strong stakeholder & vendor coordination skills
Onsite mandatory: Wednesdays & Thursdays (Sundbyberg)
Swedish language required
? Test Automation Manager / Engineer (x1)
Test automation for GUI & APIs
Java and/or Python
Selenium, Playwright, Jenkins, Git
Experience in banking / insurance domain
SAFe experience
